These four yoga-inspired moves from yoga coach Gwen Lawrence will help calm your mind. (And because the whole routine takes just 15 minutes, you'll have tons more time to squeeze in a kilojoule-scorching spin class or two to help burn off that extra helping of malva pudding).
Do it three days a week. Start with two to three reps of each move and work up to 21.

Leg Raises
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, palms facing up. Inhale and lift your legs off the floor as high as you can; at the same time, bring your chin as close to your chest as possible. Keep your legs straight and your feet flexed. Exhale as you return to start.
