Answer: Yoga is a good place to turn if you want to perk up and firm your breast tissue and pec area.
Yoga is the best total body toning exercise because the moves pull muscle toward the bone. This means they reduce muscle mass rather than building bulk like your ab routine does. The best poses to sculpt your chest cavity are common to every good yoga class and are recognised by requiring you to simultaneously engage the muscles of the back, chest, shoulder girdle and abdominals.
Breathing in every pose is another sure fire way to open and tone the chest.
Plank, the yoga push up, and any warrior pose done with the arms extended overhead and requiring a slight backbend in the upper back will make you look taller, perkier and more petite.
If you can, try to add Warrior III with the arms extended back and parallel to the side of your body (sometimes called airplane pose) to your regular practice.
Just two to three yoga classes a week and you’ll notice your posture improve markedly. And watch out, you may even find the Zen lesson of acceptance kick in and you’ll feel less critical of your generous cup size.

I love this site! I immediately went out and bought the mag. Then tried the DVD workout - was tough but fun. I can't wait for the next issue!!
Yes, the dvd is allot of fun.. would like to have a Yoga dvd as well though there is a 10 minute yoga stretch, I would like to have some more! ;-)
This sounds like a lot of fun I am going to give it a try, I currently use Dermaphuzion Breast firming serum to help (www.salondearte.webs.com) and i think combined with this workout its going to be great.
Yoga use to bore me, but somehow with the help of Women's Health I have come to love it! Loving your site as well, thanks!!
