Meet Angelique Van Der Linde

A formerly overweight ballet dancer turned fitness phenomenon, Angelique is taking the fitness industry by storm. A trainer since she was 17, Angelique has dedicated most of her life to helping people reach their fitness goals.”Seeing people become a healthier version of themselves is honestly what gets me excited to be alive,” she says. A mother, lawyer, wellness coach, entrepreneur and all-around go-getter, she’s proof that you can do it all.  Whilst running her own law firm, acting as vice president her own brand and being a committed mother, she loves to inspire moms.

Feel The Burn

If stubborn arm fat is leaving you feeling self-conscious about wearing tank tops or strappy tops, get ready to tone those bad boys. This workout with help tighten up those arms and leave them looking sexy and strong.

Here’s Angelique workout for toned sexy arms. All you need are some weights, a resistance band and a filled 2l bottle.

Bicep curls

Complete 15 – 20 reps depending on your weight, but Angel says she always trains until failure.

Tricep extensions

Leaning forward, place wrists inside loop band, extend and contract behind your body, focussing on never letting the band relax.

Delt static holds

Using a Pilates magic circle or just a plain old water/ cooldrink bottle, lift elbows to shoulder height, keeping shoulders down, press bottle inwards.

Cardio

Throwing a medicine ball to the floor, jump back in a squat, bicep curl – repeat till failure/ 30 secs.

Repeat all of the above at least 3 times.
