Spicy Harissa Chicken Recipe
Five of the best packaged foods combine to bring you this yummy Harissa chicken meal.
What You Need
2 free-range skinless chicken fillets
2 tbsp Spice And All Things Nice
Moroccan Harissa Paste
2 tsp Westfalia Avocado Oil
1 packet Woolworths Quinoa & Brown Rice
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
¼ Melissa’s Preserved Lemon
½ cup Hijke Low-fat Bulgarian Yoghurt
1/ Marinate chicken breasts in the harissa paste.
2/ Drizzle with avocado oil and grill until cooked through.
3/ Heat the brown rice and quinoa and add the herbs and nuts.
4/ Chop the preserved lemon and mix together with the yoghurt.
5/ Slice the chicken and serve on top of the rice with a dollop of lemon yoghurt.
Tip: To lower fat content, leave out the nuts.
