Over dates, blueberries and raisins? We hear you. Sometimes our go-to smoothies can get a little… boring. So, seeing as it’s a new year let’s shake things up! Our food editor, Amy Hopkins, discovered a new superfood that’s perfect for a post-workout smoothie: white mulberries.
They’re similar in texture to dried figs and have a sour taste that’s similar to goji berries. Best of all, they contain less than half the amount of sugar when you compare them to other berries.
