Mixology:
• 25ml Crème de cassis
• 40ml 4th STREET Red wine
• 15ml Lemon juice
• Top with soda water
Combine Crème de cassis, red wine and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a champagne flute. Top with soda water and garnish with blackberries.
