For the first time, Women’s Health, in partnership with Whirlpool, is looking for its Next Fit Foodie: a woman who has the personality, cred and inspirational social media feed that will help women fall in love with healthy food and learn to celebrate their bodies in the process.

We’ve narrowed down the search to 10 women, but we need your help selecting the five finalists. Scroll through to learn more about them, then vote for your fave.

Christine Phillips

Wellness chef and nutritionist Christine also appears on DSTV show Real Health. “I’m always coming up with new, healthy recipes that taste incredible and I have a client base to vouch for that,” she says.

Zorah Booley

Blogger and YouTuber Zorah emphasises the importance of balance in her cooking. “We all have those busy days, where eating clean can become difficult and it does test our discipline, but even so, I believe we are all on our own trajectory to becoming a better version of ourselves [one] day at a time,” she says. Her recipes are allergy friendly – Zorah suffers from IBS – but her recipes are totally customisable, too.

Litsoanelo Seturumane

Litsoanelo is a chef and bikini fitness competitor whose aim is to show women how to cook healthy food that makes them feel good. “I also believe that knowing how to cook is what will help women move away from fad diets,” she says.

Fruity, Greek Yoghurt No Bake Coconut and Lime Tart This fruit tart will bring in all the colours of the rainbow to your tea table. It’s healthy, naturally sweetened using the seasons freshest fruits. You’ll be making this one, over and over again this summer !!! Ingredients 3/4 cup toasted almonds 1 cup mejool dates pitted 1/2 cup dried currents 1/4 cup desiccated coconut 1-3 tbsp pure maple syrup adjust to taste 1 cup full fat coconut yogurt 1-2 cups fresh fruit see below zest of 1 lime to taste Summer Fruit: strawberries blueberries raspberries oranges pineapple peaches banana kiwi Instructions 1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften. Add almonds to a food processor and pulse a few times until roughly chopped. Drain dates and add to the food processor with the almonds. Add currents and coconut. Add maple syrup, to taste.Blend to desired texture, scraping down the sides as needed. Line a long tart tray with parchment paper. 2. Top tart with yogurt and fresh fruit. Sprinkle the tart with as much lime zest you like and then dig in. The simplicity of fresh plant based eating. I have been keeping my diet 50% raw as much as I can and I promise you the changes I have seen and felt in my body are amazing! I now design all of my programs to be like that. Our modern western world doesn’t encourage enough fresh raw food.
